| Peter Palmer: This is a winner! Very bright. Initial nose is quite inviting; very fragrant, with ripe pear, butter, caramel, vanilla, lemongrass, white flowers and creme brûlée. Surprisingly (and pleasingly) tart upon entry; Meyer lemon, freshly snapped twigs and leaves, Asian pear, Gala apple, thyme and white pepper. |
